Account name has the same permissions as public keys, in order to shorten public key address that was too long in the past.

Common account name is unified to 12 characters, no more and no less. Only lowercase letters a-z and numbers 1-5 are supported(i.e. commonly used 6 and 8 are not available).

Correct examples:

Ilove Pandoras, Pandoras 12345

Error example:

Pandoras88888 (incorrect number: numbers only support 1-5)

Pandoras1234( error: less than 12 characters)

Pandoras12345 (error: upper case is not supported)
